This is a very easy chicken casserole. We had it on Sunday and I got the recipe from a family member. I might as well share! Yummy!
Poppy Seed Chicken
4-6 pieces of chicken, cut up & cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery
1 cup sour cream
2 rolls Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Crush the crackers & add melted butter & poppy seeds. Spread half of the crackers in a 9 x 13 pan. Place cooked chicken in pan over crackers. Mix soups & sour cream and pour over chicken. Top with the remaining cracker mixture. Cover & bake at 350* for 30 min or til warmed through. Uncover for last 15 minutes. (Or just heat in microwave). Serve over rice.

I love this recipe. I haven't made it in so long, I think I will this weekend.
