Triple Layer Cheesecake

This made me go weak in the knees just looking at the picture.
I practically fainted after tasting it. You've gotta make this one!

Note: There are two side recipes needed to complete this cheesecake. They'll be included at the bottom of this post. This comes from the book "In the Kitchen with America's Favorite Brand Name Recipes"

Triple Layer Cheesecake

Hershey's Chocolate Crumb Crust (see below)
3 Packages (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
3 Tb. all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
1 cup Hershey's Butterscotch Chips, melted
1 cup Hershey's Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Hershey's Vanilla Milk Chips, melted- I used white chocolate chips... (Are
those the same thing? Tasted beautiful anyhow)
Triple Drizzle (recipe follows)

*To melt chips, place in separate microwave safe bowls and microwave on high for 1 minute each. Then stir and microwave on high for an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each, just until chips are melted when stirred.

Prepare Hershey's Chocolate Crumb Crust (or use a premade Oreo crust, crushed and reformed into your spring form pan). In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, flour, vanilla and salt; beat until blended. Stir 1 1/3 cups batter into melted butterscotch chips until smooth; poor into prepared crust. Stir 1 1/3 cups batter into melted chocolate chips until smooth; pour over butterscotch layer. Stir remaining batter into melted vanilla milk chips until smooth; pour over chocolate layer.

Bake on 350, 55 to 60 minutes or until almost set in center. Remove from oven to a wire rack. With a knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely in the pan then remove side of pan. Prepare triple Drizzle if desired. drizzle one flavor at a time over top of cheesecake. Refrigerate about 3 hours. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesecake.
